      Pros

      Rather ok salary for the location and my circumstances, but definitely not enough for a single-income family. My immediate team was absolutely awesome and I learned a lot from them.

      Cons

      A place once great became everything it never wanted to be. AI slop took over, quality went down, corporate greed became the primary driver of future growth.

      Pros

      Remote first culture. If you want freedom of location and a company to truly mean and support it - this is the place.

      Cons

      Constant change. Nothing to hold on to in this role, compensation, KPI's, tools all change every quarter.

      Great folks to work alongside. Work-life balance can be good, but depends upon the team/organization you are on.

      Continuous layoffs have led to a poor work culture.
