At Shopify, you are given the freedom to be yourself at work. There is very little red tape or barriers to prevent you from doing your best work. You are constantly being pushed to learn and grow both professionally and personally. I can honestly say I have learned more in the 3 years I've worked here than in the last 10 anywhere else.
