Pros

Ability to learn a saas product & e-commerce trends

Cons

Bronies as coworkers, the company mentality is that everyone is "special" and everyone is bound to "success" when that is not reality, almost like the 90's era of everyone is a winner for participating. They have successfully sold the product to their employees, the training period is a form of mental conditioning, where they tell you to "freely" be "yourself" but yourself has to be a certain way. Flawed smiley system, hours kill social life.

Pros

Remote first culture. If you want freedom of location and a company to truly mean and support it - this is the place.

Cons

Constant change. Nothing to hold on to in this role, compensation, KPI's, tools all change every quarter.

Pros

Great folks to work alongside. Work-life balance can be good, but depends upon the team/organization you are on.

Cons

Continuous layoffs have led to a poor work culture.
