      Great place to master your craft, wonderful people who care deeply, and a strong sense of purpose in the work. It is easy to get work done and ship it.

      Low salary, limited career opportunities depending on your position and location, not enough autonomy

      Pros

      Remote first culture. If you want freedom of location and a company to truly mean and support it - this is the place.

      Cons

      Constant change. Nothing to hold on to in this role, compensation, KPI's, tools all change every quarter.
