I'm so glad to hear you enjoyed your time with us! One of our core values is thriving on change; we as a company and as a product are developing at such a fast rate. Which makes it all the more vital for us all to have a solid foundation in the way we work and the way we engage with each other to begin with! Once we have that, we can grow upwards and outwards while maintaining our core beliefs.
It can definitely be easy to fall out of sync with everyone else. For me personally, my role is remote too, so I can sympathise with this! Here, I find slack very useful for keeping in contact, especially for joining local slack channels for my city.
