Great company growth and culture - Director, Customer Success Shopify Employee Review

Hey, there! Thank you for taking some time to leave a review. During these trying times, we need to work together to do what is best for everyone. Once we learned about Covid-19, Shopify worked hard to find a solution that would allow us to work efficiently and to keep our employees safe. Going digital by default allows us to change the way we work to reflect and match the rest of the world as everyone adapts to a new normal. To touch on diversity, Shopify believes the future includes more voices in tech and entrepreneurship. We are working on building a global culture of belonging. We want to ensure that everyone at Shopify feels included, valued, and heard. There is no culture without inclusivity. We can understand the discomfort that comes along with growth in a company.
