Pros
- One of the best company cultures I have ever worked with -- positive, mission-driven, growth mindset oriented - Remote only allows everyone the flexibility to work where they want without concern for missing out by not being in the office - Rails / Ruby development is a joy to work with - Great work life balance
Cons
- Compensation is lower than competitive FAANG companies - Career progression is not clearly defined, performance reviews are lacking structure - Development practices are not as strong / rigid / consistent across the company - Remote can get a bit lonely if you don't seek out the appropriate amount of social time that you may need
