Pros
Coworkers are nice and interesting people usually. Core product is decent and makes money.
Cons
Leadership is incompetent and running the company into the ground. Poor decision making, poor execution, no vision or strategy. Creating a culture of toxic positivity and no trust. Leadership also lies contantly without consequences. They lied about lay-offs, they lied about compensation. Weird cultish founder-worship culture. Top down micromanagement that leaves no autonomy for most people. Poor people managers is the norm. Data roles in particular are awful. The few good data leaders left right after the new CTO joined (a coincidence of course). The data environment and tooling are just atrocious. Data is treated as a second-class citizen and people ignore data when it doesn't fit their narrative. Talent bar is very inconsistent.
