Company was initially good with great leadership and lots of potential to grow, not so much the case now Teams are full of incredible people
Cons
1. Raises were insanely hard to come by. You have to work your butt off, get the highest ranking (which is also now seemingly impossible) and you have to write a novel to prove to them why that is the case, only to be let down. 2. Apparently there is only a certain number of people they want in each category of impact. So even if you are in that level, sometimes you get bumped down because of logistics which is insane. 3. Kaz.
