      Pros

      Pros are that everyone is generally friendly, they have some cool perks like gym reimbursement.

      Cons

      There is a lot of politics and a lot of lifers at this company that makes it harder for internal promotion. Also, they are very old school with letting you work remotely.

      Culture is very nice and rewarding. The engineering teams allow for a full-cycle development to take ownership of projects.
