      - Fast paced, engineering focused, bleeding edge oriented environment - Pleasant work culture, opinions are always heard - The technology is AWESOME! The RISC-V architecture is the future. - Openness, collaboration and willing to work with open source RISC-V oriented communities is encouraged - Payscales are very competitive - Offices are great! Free goodies, even beer!

      - It's a startup environment so there is a need to move fast which may not be everyone's cup of tea - There really isn't anything that I can think of as a serious con

      Pros

      The technologies being developed are great, and the folks behind them even greater. People are professional yet it still has that startup feel. I don't feel there are any silos between different teams. Most of my colleagues are incredibly smart and cool people. Executive updates are open and thorough.

      Cons

      Deadlines are too often pushed back. Executive updates look to be scheduled randomly. A few people don't follow basic engineering practices.
