      Pros

      Hardly any. Had quite a few offers, made a terrible choice to join Sifive.

      Cons

      Treated as a resource and not as an engineer. Design team expected to do CAD work. CAD team expected to do design work. Working 12-16 hours a day is normal on weekdays. Plus 4-6 hours on weekends.

      Pros

      The technologies being developed are great, and the folks behind them even greater. People are professional yet it still has that startup feel. I don't feel there are any silos between different teams. Most of my colleagues are incredibly smart and cool people. Executive updates are open and thorough.

      Cons

      Deadlines are too often pushed back. Executive updates look to be scheduled randomly. A few people don't follow basic engineering practices.
