      - Okay Base Salary - RISCV exposure

      Cons

      - No 401K matching - Burning huge amounts of cash - Top Heavy managment, where they hire too many staff engineers and no entry level or mid level engineers to do the actual work - Lazy and incompetent engineers. They all got hired because they could not go anywhere else - Management has no vision. Only one motive: Copy ARM

      Pros

      The technologies being developed are great, and the folks behind them even greater. People are professional yet it still has that startup feel. I don't feel there are any silos between different teams. Most of my colleagues are incredibly smart and cool people. Executive updates are open and thorough.

      Cons

      Deadlines are too often pushed back. Executive updates look to be scheduled randomly. A few people don't follow basic engineering practices.
