Pros
-Amazing, intelligent team of people that collaborate on many different projects together - no matter what your specific role in the company is. -Very diverse group of people coming from all different paths of life. -Ability to grow and advance within the company if you are dedicated and take the proper initiatives. There are many examples of internal promotions within the Sidecar organization. -Great perks (including unlimited time off!) that are easily taken for granted, along with an amazing office manager who will go above and beyond for each employee and team! -An open, transparent "startup" work environment where you can freely discuss ideas, concerns, and share feedback with the CEO, exec team and upper management. -Building friendships with colleagues that will last a lifetime!
Cons
-Growing too fast for the current size of the office which makes concentrating on projects difficult. -Though the salaries of developers and other higher up positions are very competitive, sometimes the lower positions. are not as fairly compensated for and annual raises are few and far between (especially when you've been with the company for multiple years). -Rushed product deadlines resulting in releasing multiple unpolished products -Dealing with a handful of burnt out, negative individuals on a daily basis
