Seniority is everything, promotion is not based off experience and skill. Management is not supportive. No clear job descriptions. No established career paths.

With the exception of an RN who returned to nursing as the pandemic was starting, all Member Care specialists who have worked with us for over a year are still part of our team. Is it possible that you worked in a different position or for a different amount of time?

Pros

The benefits are pretty good. Being able to work from home is nice.

Cons

The benefits are bit user friendly nor friendly to those with disabilities. We do not always have the resources needed to properly do our job. You can tell the focus has recently shifted more toward how to get more money and not toward the betterment of the product for both the customer or the employee. Communication between different departments is very limited and causes many issues for Member Care and Claims.
