Pros
I'm pretty new to the company, but I really enjoy my time here so far. We are in super growth mode, which means things are hectic at times, but if you thrive in this kind of environment, you'll feel right at home. One company value is "bias toward action," which means you never have to ask for permission to do something! I personally love it. It allows me to grow, experiment, and try new things. I think this is a great company with a great future, and it really has a tremendous opportunity to change how Americans experience health insurance.
Cons
Not so much a con as more of a nature of the beast, meaning the company is still a startup, so some of the internal operations, and logistics that would be catered to you at other companies, require your initiative. I also wish the company had unlimited PTO.
