-First off, the mission of this company is truly meaningful. Everyone at Sidecar Health is really looking to make an impact and strive towards our goal of making health insurance more affordable, transparent, and accessible for everyone. -The company really does a good job of bringing it's culture together. Weekly all hands keeps everyone up to date and aligns better with their individual goals. There are fun retreats with the teams, happy hours, community club (which is a great way to branch out and meet people from different backgrounds), and many more. -The growth aspect here is also amazing. Lots of room for growth and if you're doing a great job you'll get promoted relatively quickly here.

-The startup life isn't for everyone! But it's well worth it because you can really see the impact you have on the company with your individual work.
