Pros
Sidley is a good place to work. The people are great and are very helpful to each other. The work hours are not bad either.
Cons
The department managers are where the problems are and the one in charge over the West Region is the main problem. This person also has two faces, This person is a "do what I say, not what I do" type person. I always thought that good leaders should lead by example, but no the case here.
