Friendly people, high quality work, important cases. People want to support your work-life balance as much as possible, which includes respecting vacations, family commitments, other obligations as much as possible. There are no screamers and yellers here -- a very old-school, respectable group of people who hold themselves to very high standards.
Cons
You are a lawyer at a Big Law firm, so, of course, at times, the demands of the profession make the job long and hard. Also, the shifting economy has somewhat dimmed partnership prospects.
