Appealing company from the outside! - Solutions Engineer Siemens Employee Review

Often overworked, worked multiple weekends, 10-12 hr shifts, overnight, traveling for work and at the end of the day they still had the audacity to put me on a PIP. I’m not entirely sure what their bottom line for “acceptable performance” is. The day I was put on one I dusted off my resume and got out of there ASAP. Organizational restructuring happened during my time there that gave other groups more work on top of their pre-existing roles without raises. And all in all, there was about 5-6 other co-workers in my overarching group alone that had left the company entirely in 2025 due to poor pay and being overworked. Heard through other workers that people had also left the company quite often, from shop floor workers to senior management positions.
