Excellent benefits...good coworkers...some managers do protect their employees
Cons
Siemens grows by acquisition, rather than by organic growth. Because of this, billions are spent on buying other companies, not integrating them, realizing they have 50 people doing the same job and cutting 50% of them. This acquisitions don't always work so billions are lost and Siemens AG must rectify this by cutting jobs and salaries in the US rather than the home country.
