The company is in a tailspin. They blame supply chain but it is really a result of the leadership in the diagnostics division. She is divisive and demeaning, and the turnover reflects her behavior. The environment is oppressive and stifling. For a company that touts "saving lives" they could not be more damaging to the people who work there. The Imaging team operates as a completely different division and are much more civil. They talk about new ambitions and values, but it is all talk. It remains dominated by males and is extremely hierarchical. If you are a professional who is used to being treated as such you will struggle. You will not be valued or recognized. The turnover is unbelievable and at some point will catch up to them. For now, there is an arrogance and belief that there is power in the Siemens name that has long passed. Fear, exclusion, condescension, no job security, insatiable stakeholders, unrealistic expectations and a lack of direction rule the day. They solicit feedback regularly through Peakon and do nothing with it. I cannot caution a prospective employee enough. There are many companies hiring right now so do yourself a favor and do not choose this one. You will regret it.
