Company leadership is confusing and acts to late to market trends. There's been a lot of rearranging of business lines and it shows just how directionless this company had become. High level leaders never stay long, the turnover the past few years is telling. Company wide and locally there are too many mangers and yet never enough money for lower level headcount. Promotions and salary are well below market and they won't try to give you other perks to compensate. A great place to start your career but move on.
