The staff is very understanding motivated and fun to be around. I am so grateful to the people at Siertek and feel blessed to work with these guys. Raul has given me an amazing opportunity to use my skills and grow. Tia has helped train me and has been a great team player.
I do work from home, but did visit the main office a few times and it's very clean with big windows and a nice view.

Tasking is weird as to things you can and can’t do as a contractor but still being asked to do things that seem outside your realm. Sometimes can be overwhelming. Management does not take time to really get to know their employees. I feel like a number going through the system and not a person.
