Pros

The starting salary was what I was looking for, 10% raise with a promotion later. Overall I like the company a lot, however Sierra Lobo is a partner company on the current contract so I don't actually work with many other Sierra Lobo employees.

Cons

Annual raise was not great, 3.5% first year and 2% the next, as I explained we are a partner company as part of a larger contract.

On both the business development and phase-in sides of the aisle: Excellent teamwork Genuinely focused on providing quality results Room for eventual career advancement High percentage of management sets excellent example of work ethic Committed to customer success

Cons

At times management may struggle with work/life balance due to its customer-centric focus, but there has been notable improvement in the last few years.

Zero bonuses of any kind in 3 years. Zero raises of any kind in 2.5 years. Zero company paid morale events. Pretty certain we were robbed a few hours of PTO, which from the start was less than my previous contract employer. HR is less than helpful. Apparently SLI was dropped from this original 5yr contract, after 3yrs.
