Strong mentorship program. Excellent benefits and bonus programs. A work environment that supports success. Strong process improvement implementation over the past 3 years, including adding emphasis to diversity and inclusion as well as executive involvement. Willing to listen to ideas and opinions and implement employee driven process improvement suggestions.

Cons

Sometimes work long hours.

On both the business development and phase-in sides of the aisle: Excellent teamwork Genuinely focused on providing quality results Room for eventual career advancement High percentage of management sets excellent example of work ethic Committed to customer success

At times management may struggle with work/life balance due to its customer-centric focus, but there has been notable improvement in the last few years.

Zero bonuses of any kind in 3 years. Zero raises of any kind in 2.5 years. Zero company paid morale events. Pretty certain we were robbed a few hours of PTO, which from the start was less than my previous contract employer. HR is less than helpful. Apparently SLI was dropped from this original 5yr contract, after 3yrs.
