Pros
Employee discount if you count it. Likeminded people who enjoy firearms. Apart from that? Not much else.
Cons
Constant Micromanaging by people who are NOT bosses. There are too many of these people acting like bosses when they should be working. Corporate Policies that only hinder work and efficiency. Hard workers get overlooked and ignored. No room to move around in a current department. Once you are stuck there, the manager will most likely prevent you from ever leaving. Clique system is unreal and only hinders people if you're not in with the crowd, you are pretty much dead in the water. Having to adjust my personal schedule because of unforeseen hiccups. Uncertainty with lack of work, I get that work can be slow or there are supply issues, but the fact this has been happening constantly in my time here with the company. It does not give me much faith. Poor compensation. You work so hard and get paid very little. Lack of overtime for people who are struggling, this is a huge issue with the fact people are LITERALLY relying on this job to help pay the bills and I cannot help but feel empathy and appalled at how there's suddenly no extra work. It wasn't like this at my old facility.
