We appreciate the feedback. We are continually evaluating how we can feasibly make improvements for our employee base. Employees regularly go through evaluation processes and receive increases based on a number of factors. We have increased benefits in terms of cost and expanded coverage options and made positive policy changes this year that affect employee PTO.
