Benefits are top notch - grandfathered health insurance plan that provides some excellent coverage. A handful of hard working and professional employees that act as a silver lining.
Cons
Critical members of executive leadership do not behave in such a way manner to promote a respectful and ethical work environment. There is an undeniable air of keeping your head down unless you are needed in a "yes-man" capacity. If you consider yourself one of the good ol' boys, your past experience and reputation will keep you safe -- just be sure not to disagree with someone important.
