Pros
They advertise frequently, beyond that they do not demonstrate or provide to employees any positive or professional attributes for career considerations.
Cons
Training is non existent, you spend hours during your initial orientation learning about non security related topics..You must pay for your own uniforms, they offer no benefits, you are charged for a background check which they do not perform, and they often change your schedule without notifying you! Supervisors & Managers receive no structured training and have no accountability for performance related issues; not one Management representative has private security experience. The technology they employ seldom works and missed shifts/patrols are common place. There is no sense of urgency or ownership of lost billable hours. Dis-information replaces uniformed communication between Officers & persons in authority positions. The experience is a case study on what not to do in private security.
