The territory debt is anywhere from $1-6 million to be paid back at aproxemintly 10%. Each franchise owner has to renew their franchise agreement every 3 years. Signal puts franchise owners into serious debt. Franchise owners are forced to enter into contracts with strategic partners at no profit, all the while being told it will help pay off the debt sooner, as if that is a good thing. Because of this model, the guards suffer the most. Franchise owners can't increase pay for the people who show up and do the hard part of the job. No one will move up in the franchise model; someone has to quit for that to happen. DOn't let the "career opportunities" that are preached fool you. They mean nothing and are just there to make you feel like you're achieving something when, in reality, you're not. The training provided is a complete joke and is highly overrated. You will be treated as if you're important, but it's just abuse. Abuse that starts from the very, very top.
