Opportunity for advancement if you don't have a home life.

Complete Chaos! They want all employees to have their CNA so they can put their salaried employees on the floor on the weekend without pay. They have no holidays, only a pot of PTO time that you have to use for holidays if you want off and good luck using your PTO because the workload is so crazy, you feel like you can't take a day off. They said hours are 8:00-4:30, but you never get out of there by that time, its always at least 6:00. When you add up all the hours you are working in overtime, the pay sucks!
