Pros
I got to pick my assignments, good starting pay, and flexibility. I really liked meeting new people and going to new places. Good hours when they were busy.
Cons
They definitely had favorites that they would work more then others, somtimes the scheduler was rude they would work you alot of hours and then nothing for a few weeks. If this was my only sort of income I would not have been there as long as I was. They would hire a bunch of people and cut the regular peoples hours until the new people started dropping off and then they would work us hard again. In three years I had three different managers not a good sign for the company.
