Pros
If you want a job where no one communicates with anyone, no matter who was responsible for completing a task it still ends up being your fault and where you feel grossly undervalued, this would be a good place to work. Management not only doesn't communicate, but flat out lies when questioned.
Cons
Lack of appreciation, no clear responsibility, management scapegoats and lies to employees, lack of parking, management refuses to pay for overtime (even if you were required to work it), lack of support by co-workers, potential of being injured by combative patients, lack of job security and no warning that job will be ending.
