How much can you tolerate? - Physician Signature Healthcare (MA) Employee Review

Management is not stellar, lack experience or understanding of medical practices but get the job anyway. Patient population is not the easiest to work with. Turnover of employees at all levels are moderate to high. The hospital nurses seem to stay and I think that is because they are unionized. The combination of these factors make working here tough especially if you do have experience in such an environment.
