Pros
Good pay for experience level, but if you are Female be prepared to be compensated much less than men. Benefits are very good. Promotions are easy to come by as there is high turnover.
Cons
President is very conservative. Women must be thin and pretty to work there, he will shame anyone for being overweight. If you make it even 6 months and have any skills more work will be put on you than you can handle, but you will be expected to do everything correctly and efficiently. Office employees often have to work overtime to get everything done with little appreciation for hard work. Even the "favorites" get harassed and yelled at by the President. HR NIGHTMARE!!
