      Pros

      Decent Salary/Pay ; "Sink or swim" work experience; not enough man power for training

      Cons

      High turnover; work 45-50 hours at the minimum each week, micromanaged by the owners of the corporation, females are treated as second class and told to lose weight (if deemed necessary), derogatory comments are made towards females, the owners create havoic on a daily basis for their own personal excitement and entertainment

      To much multi management If you work and are capable you maybe be left to do the real work while others are making videos of themselves playing guitar and or staying on the Internet where whole watch. And they will make same salary as you.
