      Great teamwork with many ways to advance on a career path, while having a great set of policies and procedures in place. Also, great work environment, excellent pay, good benefits for health, personal time off and 401K

      To much multi management If you work and are capable you maybe be left to do the real work while others are making videos of themselves playing guitar and or staying on the Internet where whole watch. And they will make same salary as you.
