While on board shoreside including owner would send company wide emails that would go to the customers, these emails seldom made the crew on board look good. Ownership is obsessed with things that don’t matter in today’s world like haircuts, facial hair and uniforms instead of Mariner morale. Food budget is incredibly low. Incredibly unorganized. Equipment is aging and the company is very reluctant to spend money on the boats. Ownership is stuck in the past, crew goes through the company like a revolving door for a reason.
