Promised a raise at 4 months and then was asked to wait tell the end of the year cause a pay freeze had been implemented the day before my raise was due. I was a very good worker had raised my efficiency to well over 200% with in weeks of being moved to the machines I was on. they shut down whole buildings for months at a time and have to shuffle the employees into other buildings where they don’t know how it works. There training is performed by there floor leads (master techs) who already have a full load and can’t spend ample time with anyone to get them fully up to speed.
