      decent pto, bonuses are good, Senior Director of Member Engagement is amazing, once you tier up it is easy sailing from there! always doing things for the employees (parties, beer n bulls, awards, etc)

      hard to tier up to better plans and bigger bonus buckets

      Pros

      $21/hr starting pay is pretty decent but not life changing for all of the SOP's, Random new apps and features they add last minute without informing their teams and then the forced weekends.
