Supportive management. They actually care and work with people. The new commission plan allows for some real money to be made. Much better than other call centers I’ve worked at.

$21/hr starting pay is pretty decent but not life changing for all of the SOP's, Random new apps and features they add last minute without informing their teams and then the forced weekends.
