      Team dynamics, I've never seen such functional teams where everyone isn't trying to blast each other. Awesome HQ. Tons of benefits

      Agile blows, the stock bonus can be higher Honestly they're kinda non-issues though, I love signify and they treat their employees very well.

      Pros

      $21/hr starting pay is pretty decent but not life changing for all of the SOP's, Random new apps and features they add last minute without informing their teams and then the forced weekends.

      Forced weekends Not any flexibility whatsoever Terrible leadership
