This job is very stressful the goals are unrealistic that they want you to meet it seems like things keep changing with the company but the pay stays the same your harassing people all day to get home visits set up the people are so rude management is rude money hungry employee burnout daily from teams insurance treats us like dirt members too and Managers try to make you learn too much in a little bit of time literally everything you do will get you in trouble here you cant even blink its so fast paced nurses love calling out makes the job a lot harder nobody cares here unprofessional trained

Pros

$21/hr starting pay is pretty decent but not life changing for all of the SOP's, Random new apps and features they add last minute without informing their teams and then the forced weekends.

Forced weekends Not any flexibility whatsoever Terrible leadership
