This company went through a questionable merger in 2024 that effectively wiped out everyone’s NSOs. I personally lost thousands of dollars. The process was rushed, leaving little time for employees to make informed decisions, and mistakes were inevitable. During this critical time, the CEO and C-suite executives went silent, likely on legal advice, and ignored all communication. The company is still operating, yet many current employees I’ve spoken to have no idea what actually happened.
