Pros
Able to schedule and pick up shifts, adequate tips depending on the shift, supportive co-workers, and discounts on food.
Cons
Management is always on the customer's side to protect their interest, expected to complete side tasks in addition to managing tables (but no designated spot to do so, so you have to cram rolling utensils in the small break "room" with no seating), and you are on your feet with little to no breaks.
