Pros

The people you get to work with are really great. That's really the only positive aspect of the job.

Cons

The hours, workload and company management leave room for great improvement. Unless you are there before 9:00 AM every day and work at least until 6:00 PM (that's without taking a lunch), expect senior management (three or four people) to think that you're pretty much a slacker. Developers work on a variety of different projects on any given day and you are expected to finish what you've started--even if you're there until 9:00 PM every night. Company management is way out of touch despite trying to seem otherwise. Be CAREFUL on your interview. They will take you around the office, showing you pinball machines, a PS3, pool table, etc., and act like you will have a chance to use any of them; however, the company owner, Nick (Yuvraj) Soggu likes to squeeze every last drop he can from each employee, so unless you're going to come in on the weekend or stay late, don't expect to ever get to use any of the stuff. This place also tends not to grant raises and hires employees with very low initial salaries. Clients have voiced concern about the number of people that have come and gone from this place in a very short time. For a company of only 20-25 people (depending on the time), turnover on an annual basis easily approaches upwards of 50%. Senior management insists that company-wide failures are the result of other employees, but at the end of the day, with so many people leaving, why does the failure continue? Be careful when applying to this place. They will say/do whatever it takes to get you in, but once you're there, you'd better be prepared to make this new job your life--you won't have much time for anything else, and if you try, you'll quickly be identified as a "trouble-maker" and things will take a drastic change for the worse. You've been warned!

Pros

SilverTech provides a welcoming and collaborative environment where interns are encouraged to contribute meaningful work and learn from experienced team members. I have had the opportunity to work on real marketing initiatives, gain hands-on experience with digital strategy and content creation, and see how different teams collaborate to support clients. The team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping interns grow professionally.

Cons

As an intern, there are always opportunities to gain exposure to even more areas of the business and take on additional projects as you continue learning. However, the team has been very open to providing new opportunities and encouraging growth.

Pros

- Great learning opportunities and supportive management. - Monthly one-on-one meetings with management provide the opportunity to align and speak on any individual priorities, challenges, goals, etc. which in my experience have always been seriously considered. - Hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH) - Weekly company-wide get togethers to share company updates and provide team building/collaboration opportunities.

Cons

No major issues or cons to note at the moment.
