I have had the opportunity to work on real marketing initiatives, gain hands-on experience with digital strategy and content creation, and see how different teams collaborate to support clients. The team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping interns grow professionally.

As an intern, there are always opportunities to gain exposure to even more areas of the business and take on additional projects as you continue learning. However, the team has been very open to providing new opportunities and encouraging growth.

- Great learning opportunities and supportive management. - Monthly one-on-one meetings with management provide the opportunity to align and speak on any individual priorities, challenges, goals, etc. which in my experience have always been seriously considered. - Hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH) - Weekly company-wide get togethers to share company updates and provide team building/collaboration opportunities.
