During a difficult personal time when my grandfather was dying, the company was incredibly supportive and allowed me the time I needed to be at his bedside with my family. The work can be emotionally heavy at times because you build close relationships with residents and families who are going through difficult situations. However, the support from the team and leadership helps make those challenges manageable.
