Confusing management - Application Support Consultant Silverlake Structured Services Employee Review

Low starting salary and increment are based on project performance. Get into a new/bad project that's not earning money then good luck getting a good increment. Management looks dysfunctional, same coworker that moved to a different project can't even help a previous project without jumping a lot of steps. A lot of OT to deliver projects with not enough resources.
